AddressIQ Radiology (IQR) and Lime Radiology is part of the Imaging Queensland and Integral Diagnostic group, one of the largest Radiology providers in Australia with practices located in Queensland, Victoria, WA and New Zealand. Across Queensland, we currently operate quality assured practices that provides Medical Imaging and Radiology services from Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay and Central Queensland.
ABOUT THE ROLE
IQ Radiology are looking for a Medical Receptionist to work across our thriving clinics across Margate and Deception Bay. This full-time position working Monday to Friday (No weekends!), between the hours of 8am and 5pm, you are the first point of contact for our valued patients. We place the utmost importance on ensuring our frontline staff embody our professionalism, patient-centred work ethic and friendly culture.
• You pride yourself on providing excellent customer service and are seeking a role in a patient-focused clinical environment.
• You love being part of a team and understand that everyone works together to ensure that our patients receive the high-level of customer service and patient care that they deserve.
• Great if you have Medical Imaging or Medical reception experience - preferable but not essential.
• Experience using a medical booking system is great as we can teach you Karisma radiology system.
• Excellent interpersonal skills who pride themselves on their meticulous attention to detail.
