Client &Relationship Finance and Administration Officer - Shared Services Department
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive Client and Relationship Finance and Administration Officer to join our team at Burpengary for an immediate start. You will report directly to the Shared Services Manager.
Fina Australia is a non-government, profit-for-purpose provider of Supported Accommodation and respite services to people living with disability and/or given to complex behaviours.

Duties include:
- NDIS Client Plan coordination
- Accounts Receivable
- Financial Reporting
- Client Expenditure
- Data Entry
- General administration duties and coordination
About You
- Understanding of NDIS Frameworks and NDIS Price Guide
- Support Coordination background desirable
- Proficient in accounting software (MYOB) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Sound knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Demonstrated ability to process records and file information in an accessible and logical manner
- All round strong office administration skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Detailed and organized approach to work tasks
- Very high attention to detail
You will be required to hold the following:
- Working with Children Blue Card
- Disability Services Exemption Yellow Card
- Australian drivers’ licence
- Full working rights in Australia
