ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Relationship Specialist - Chinese (Mandarin) Speaker with a passion for customer service to support our Sydney Downtown Store.
You will be working in customer centric environment with a friendly and diverse team.
YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE
- Develop new clientele relationship and new business channels
- Provide a high level of personalised customer service
- Manage, grow and transact sales from the travel industry VIP Market (T.I.V’s)
- Support Marketing and store team Management build a solid customer base/followers with Red Book social media content and posts
ABOUT YOU
- Ability to speak fluent Chinese (Mandarin) is essential
- Previous retail/sales experience with luxury brands
- Strong product knowledge in the luxury retail space
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional and vibrant personality

DETAILS OF THE ROLE
- Sydney Downtown location
- Full-Time position - 76 hours fortnightly
- 2 week rotating roster – work every 2nd weekend
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays.
To work with Lotte Duty Free, you must hold a current Australian or International Passport. Please note that all Lotte Duty Free employees are required to have Customs and Police Clearance process.
