When you join our client’s fresh produce marketing and supply chain management business you’ll become part of their tight-knit team, passionate about supplying the highest quality produce to Australian consumers. The major focus of this role is to support the team in developing and executing company plans to meet business objectives and shareholder return targets.
Major responsibilities include:
- Consistent management of all trading transactions to ensure accuracy and
transparency; Data entry and Database management - Working closely with the Management team to assist in the delivery of the
sales strategy - Providing analysis and commentary to support sales performance
- Being proactive in identifying continuous improvement opportunities
- Assist in achieving or exceeding shareholder expectations of returns
- Assist in the development and execution of sales and operational plans
- Assisting the team with supply, production, sales, financial, and operational
reporting - Developing and maintaining business relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including growers, clients, third party suppliers
- Effectively handle queries via phone, email and general correspondence
- Filling in for other roles as required during the peak season
- Ensuring all operations are conducted safely
We would like to hear from you if you:
- Have Business related Bachelor’s Degree or 1-2 years relevant business
experience - Experience in the fresh produce, food manufacturing, FMCG sectors is
preferred - Well-developed interpersonal skills and strong communication skills
- Strong administration and support abilities
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced
environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Desktop applications.
