Qualifications & experience
- Financial Services experience preferred.
- Computer Skills / literacy paramount
- Ability and flexibility to learn new operating systems.
- Ability to follow tasks through to completion.
- Articulate and comfortable conversing with clients directly.
- Ability to work as part of a team, yet independent enough to complete tasks without direct supervision.
- Experience in use of all Microsoft products.
- General administrative / reception duties
Tasks & responsibilities
- Managing information and tasks within financial planning software & ASIC
- Speaking directly with clients to obtain personal information and complete associated tasks within our dedicated software.
- Reception duties.
- Acting as a quasi personal assistant to Senior Financial Adviser & Accountant

Interview Time
Please allow 45 minutes for the interview process.
The first 25 minutes will be a meet and greet as we get to know each other. The remaining 20 minutes will provide you an opportunity to work through our system to get a feel for the software and clarity around the automated system that we use.
