We base our advice on what is most important to our clients. This provides the foundation for quality and comprehensive advice that ultimately helps our clients to secure their financial and lifestyle objectives.
Your new role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Client Service and Implementation Team Leader to join our financial planning firm. This is a great opportunity to be working with a motivated Client Services team and supporting our advisers.
Role Responsibilities:
- Implementing advice recommendations for clients.
- Initiating, lodging and monitoring client applications, asset transfers, rollovers, among other transactions.
- Preparing and maintaining client records, files and correspondence
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing service.
- Supporting a team of 8 -10 Advisers.
- Experience with Xplan essential.
- Liaising with third parties in relation to client matters.
- Working Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm with the possibility of WFH 1 day a week after probation.
