Every day we do work that has incredible purpose and meaning. As the Team Leader for our Client Services team, you will be instrumental in ensuring NDIS participants and our other clients receive access to therapy.
The Role
The primary goal of the team is to provide exceptional service and support to clients through various channels, including website inquiries, telephone calls, and emails. As Team Leader you will play a critical role in ensuring that the therapy support team meets and exceeds client and customer expectations, achieves performance targets, and contributes to the overall success of the organisation.
You will coach, guide, mentor, manage and develop a team of Client Services Officers, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
You will foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting open communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
You will also need to be comfortable with data to ensure that we are achieving client metrics, monitoring and improving the client experience and achieving KPI across the team.
You will enjoy building collaborative relationships across all your stakeholders and have a focus on continuous improvement.
This is a permanent full time role based out of our Sydney offices.
About You
- Previous experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in a healthcare or allied health setting
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Clear NDIS worker screening check (or willingness to obtain)
- A current valid Working with Children Check (or equivalent) for the state or territory in which you usually reside.
- Understanding and/or experience with the NDIS and/or disability health (highly regarded)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team as well as work independently
- Strong client and stakeholder engagement skills
