Working with Sydney's finest Financial Planners, known for their outstanding track records and servicing predominantly wholesale and HNW clients and charitable funds, the Client Service Manager is essential to their success. This role involves providing consistent support to Advisors across all levels and enhancing team productivity with proactive assistance, it is also available Part Time. The days and start and finishing times are flexible with a minimum of 25 hours per week. Please include your preference of days and hours in your application.
The is a National firm, with an exceptional reputation. Although they are a large business, you will be working in a small pod servicing a small number of clients for one particular Partner. Low client numbers, high level of service.
The core responsibitlities include, but are not limited to:
- Attending client appointments with Advisors and Clients, in person and online
- Support Advisors in client management, including account opening procedures.
- Ensure client records adhere to compliance standards and prepare files for review and discussion.
- Record meeting notes and follow up on action items.
- Handle incoming calls and address client queries.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders and business partners as needed, scheduling meetings and managing Advisor calendars.
- Update regulatory documents such as Investor Certificates, Fee Disclosure Statements, and Renewal Notices.
- Manage funds transfers, investment applications, and redemptions across different platforms.
To be successful in the role, you should have a minimum of 18 months experience in a similar role, as well as excellent experience in:
- Reporting and analysis
- Managing multiple priorities and time
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Using Financial Planning platforms and portfolios
- Written and verbal communication
- Problem solving and process improvement
- Salesforce and Xplan experience would be highly regarded
Post probation, hybrid working arrangements can be available, with 2 days at home and flexible start and finish times.
