As a key member of the Recruit Training Program Administration Support Cell, you will contribute to the coordination and delivery of all programs and training related requirements. It is expected that you will perform administrative duties and analysis through the use of corporate systems which will include the QPS Learning Management System (IGNITE).
You will be responsible for providing support to the Recruit Training Program LMS functionality and business administration processes.
You will work alongside an enthusiastic team of administration officers to supplement and ensure the necessary support to the success of the delivery of the Recruit Training Program.
Your Key Accountabilities:
The core capability requirements for this role are:
- Develop, plan, coordinate and deliver training programs including tailor-designed and module based.
- Prepare and produce content, information packages and training programs.
- Develop and maintain and update, training records in an electronic format and report audit findings.(OSC) / Develop and maintain content for approval for the QPS Intranet, internet and manuals relating to system functionality and business processes. (PCAP)
- Undertake and conduct training needs analysis.
- Prepare, track and monitor training reports in relation to inductions, ongoing training and identified training.
- Maintain an effective communication network with key stakeholders on relevant training and educational issues.
- Contribute to the review, evaluation, development and documentation of business processes, procedures and systems.
