Key Tasks:
As a Client Services Officer, you'll be at the heart of our client interactions, ensuring every touchpoint is positive and aligns with our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities include managing inquiries, resolving issues, and nurturing client relationships with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding and Support: Guide clients through their journey with us, from onboarding to the delivery of their work.
- Service Standard Maintenance: Uphold the firms service standards when working with clients and team members.
- Client Communication: Understand client requirements, send proposals, and proactively gather feedback.
- Workflow Management: Assist with scheduling and workflow management using Karbon software.
- ASIC Related Services: Prepare and manage ASIC-related services in Now Infinity, including company setup, annual ASIC lodgements, and business setups.
- Client Queries: Help professional staff request client information and documentation.
- Administrative Support: Perform basic administrative tasks as needed.
Who This Role Will Suit:
- Experienced Professional: You have experience in a client admin role in the accounting industry, with expertise in ASIC-related services.
- Business Savvy: You possess a solid understanding of business and the confidence to liaise with clients from various industries.
- Collaborative: You work seamlessly with the Practice Manager, holding accounting staff accountable for their deliverables.
- Client-Focused: You have a background in client relationship management or similar roles, ideally with some accounting or business experience.
