Client Service Officer (Multiple Positions)

• Contract role till the end of August 2024 with possible extension.
• Hourly pay rate up to $35/hour + Super.
• Onsite work location: Newcastle.  

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
As a part of your role, you will be responsible for delivering high quality services to customers that are reliable, timely and administers where the organisation has been appointed.
  
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent, timely and long-term administration services.
• Typically manage a caseload of 40-50 cases at various administration stages.
• Manage work outputs and competing demands/priorities to generate favourable customer outcomes.

  
ESSENTIAL REQUIRMENTS:

• Possess excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in dealing with a diverse range of clients, professionals, staff, and community members.
• It is highly desirable if the candidate has worked in legal or financial sectors.
• Investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills are also necessary.
