Since 1993, APIR has been identifying, coding and managing reference data for unlisted financial products. Today APIR is the industry standard identification regime in Australia, with around A$3 trillion worth of investments transacted, managed and administered by service providers that rely on our reference data services to support their systems, processing, reporting and documentation requirements.
About the role
As a member of the Client Services team, you will be the first point of contact for interactions with our clients. You will be required to:
- Review, validate and process client requests
- Actively handle client calls and emails
- Consistently deliver outstanding customer service to a range of clients
- Meet and exceed client expectations and deadlines
- Liaise and interact with other internal teams to resolve and deliver solutions
Skills and experience
You are a motivated customer centric individual, with a flair for customer service. You will be able to demonstrate:
- Strong client focus and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy in Microsoft applications (intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word)
- Good time management
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive, enthusiastic manner
