We're currently seeking a highly motivated and client-focused individual to join our team in a Client Services Position to work alongside one of the practice partners and advisers.
Position: Client Services Officer
Location: Innisfail
Type: Full-time with the opportunity of part time for the right applicant
Key Responsibilities:
- Review meeting preparation and advice and supporting document production
- Implementation of advice including investment, superannuation and insurance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing enquiries, and providing exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized support and guidance.
- Assist clients with account enquiries, transactions, and account maintenance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with financial advisers and other team members to deliver comprehensive financial planning solutions.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, including gathering necessary documentation and facilitating account setup.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and streamline processes.
- Liaise with investment and insurance providers.
- Complete sophisticated financial transactions under supervision.
- Arrange appointments for Financial Planner meetings with clients.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in financial services or client-facing roles is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to actively listen and work with clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Solid understanding of finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM(Xplan) software preferred.
