We are currently recruiting staff to fulfil our Client Service and General Office Duty requirements. This is key to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring that our obligation to deliver a high quality service is maintained safely on time, every time.
Working within the passenger transportation Call Centre Client Services team. This is the first point of contact for passengers wishing to book services. You will be responsible for delivering the best customer experience possible for our customers with the focus on answering product, process, and payment queries.
