The Opportunity:
As an AO3 Client Services Officer, you'll join the dynamic Recording and Transcription Services team, playing a vital role in coordinating transcription services for Queensland Courts and Tribunals.
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for transcript requests and inquiries, providing prompt and courteous service;
- Managing the ordering and distribution of court transcripts with high attention to detail;
- Ensuring compliance with administrative processes, policies, and legislative guidelines;
- Contributing to effective teamwork and maintaining professionalism and confidentiality;

Required Experience:

- Desirable: Tertiary qualifications and experience in the legal system.
