Working closely with 3 fellow Client service officers you will part of a team that has excellent support structures and training with a focus on providing the very best service to their clients.
The Role as a Client service officer
- Work closely with a highly experienced team of advisers, paraplanners and support staff
- Delivering exceptional Client service and relationship management to HNW client base
- onboard new clients
- Implementation of advice
- Complete day-to-day operational duties
- Manage and update clients details in Xplan
- Be the first point of contact for clients
The Person for the Client service manager vacancy
- Minimum of 1 years working within a Financial Planning Practice
- Experience working closely with Financial Planners
- Experience with end-to-end implementation
- Strong customer service skills
- Friendly and pleasant demeanour
Salary will be based on experience - we have been given a range of $75k - $88k depending on experience. One day work from home will be on offer after a settling in period
