Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Melbourne CBD office:
Client Service Specialist

In this role you will support colleagues and clients in all aspects of administration and technical support through the accurate, efficient, and timely production of all policy and related documentation across the insurance life cycle.
Working under the umbrella of operations you will help drive standardization of processes and procedures. This includes providing legally compliant work to the client and entering accurate information into all Marsh IT Applications, enabling the delivery of analytical statistics. You will assist in upskilling non client facing operations colleagues with additional product and client knowledge.

We will count on you to:
- Consistently use the required IT Applications to maintain compliance, accuracy and workload, contributing to resource allocation and process improvement
- Support the achievement of high levels of client satisfaction through effective administrative support to Account Executives and Senior Account Executives
- Support effective working relationships with clients and insurers as required by A/C Executive/Senior A/C Executive
- Ensure that accurate up to date records on all clients are maintained at all times
- Possess a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance which the Company offers to its clients
- Possess a thorough working knowledge of all aspects of the Insurance (Agents & Brokers) Act, Insurance Contracts Act, Fire Services Levy, Stamp Duties, Worker's Compensation and other relevant legislation
What you need to have:
- High level of accuracy/attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workloads and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and numerical skills and proven track record to provide a high level of customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to maintain clear lines of communication with various internal and external stakeholders
- High School Certificate or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar broking/operational role, preferably in an insurance related field
- Minimum Tier 1 ANZIIF Broking License

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,000.00 – $64,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Docklands, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
