Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a mature, driven and motivated Trainee Client Service Specialist to work within their administration team.
Trainee Client Service SpecialistReporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will provide support and assistance to Lee Property's Valuer team as well as perform various other administrative functions.
We are seeking applicants who are genuinely looking for a career in Business Administration, who are professional in nature, are efficient, and capable of juggling multiple priorities. You have a great desire and ability to learn and bring Customer Service experience; you appreciate and can deliver on excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. You also have a positive and warm nature and excellent communication skills.
This exciting opportunity will include a formal traineeship of Certificate III in Business Administration, as well as on the job mentoring and training; traineeship wages will apply.

- You bring excellent (written and verbal) communication and interpersonal skills and you communicate clearly
- You are self motivated, enthusiastic, and can be trusted to be left to your own devices and work autonomously

About the role, through time and as you develop your skills and experience, you will:
- Provide proactive secretarial and administrative support to Valuers including assisting where possible in meeting valuation deadlines
- Coordinate valuer’s scheduling
- Receive and respond to client queries and arrange daily appointments
- Monitor and maintain client Management Software & associated databases
- Prepare various financial and other documentation and reports
- Various other administrative tasks
