Job description

This is a rare opportunity for someone who would really love to work locally with the flexibility of working from home every Friday. This lovely, supportive and highly regarded financial services company based in Bondi Junction require a strong Client Services Administrator who has some experience in the finance industry. We have two options - they will consider someone who is desiring a career in Finance i.e. studying a relevant degree with the goal of learning and growing your skills and career OR a more mature skilled candidate who would now prefer a local role with some flexibility especially with children etc.

Please note - you must be a permanent resident or citizen to apply for this role. 

 
THE ROLE 
  • Opening and closing of client files
  • Assisting with lodgement of applications
  • Reception duties i.e. welcoming clients, offering refreshments, answering all calls
  • Diary management
  • Mail collection and distribution, photocopying, scanning, filing
  • Taking notes during meetings
  • Assisting with special projects
  • Data entry and typing of documents, creating spreadsheets
  • Plus more! 
SKILLS NEEDED 
  • Strong administrative and client servicing skills
  • Some experience in Financial services or currently studying relevant degree extremely desirable
  • Mature interpersonal and client facing skills with excellent written and oral communication
  • Can time manage, organise and multitask extremely well
  • Extreme attention to detail and able to always maintain confidentiality
  • Able to deal with multiple tasks and projects
  • Really personable, easy-going manner with a professional appearance and attitude
  • Highly skilled in MS Office Suite, especially Excel. Exposure to financial CRM systems would also be desirable 
FINER DETAILS 
  • This role is Monday to Thursday in the Bondi Junction office, Fridays working from home
  • Up to $65K+s based on skills and experience
  • 30 am to 5.00 pm
  • Will consider either a more junior style candidate who is looking to build their financial services career, or a more mature candidate who just wants a solid admin role working close to home with more flexibility
