Client Services Coordinator - Financial Services Industry - Sydney
We are looking for a Client Service Coordinator (CSC) to work in our clients busy Bondi Junction practice with a friendly team of 29 including 4 partners, 19 accountants and 6 administrative staff.
The successful candidate should have experience working in a public practice accounting firm and be familiar with Xero, NowInfinity or Class, Excel, Word, ATO and ASIC portals.
Main duties include being the first point of contact for clients, diary management, establishing companies, trusts and superannuation funds, ASIC administration, attending to administration tasks for a team of 6 accountants and 1 of our 4 Principals. The role includes acting as a back-up to 3 other CSCs and their teams when needed, assisting with organising team lunches and activities, and assisting with general administration duties for the firm.
Salary would be commensurate with experience in the range of $80k - $90k. Starting ASAP.
