The opportunity
We're all here to help deliver greater retirement outcomes for our members. Your role supports UniSuper doing this by supporting the Advice function in providing best practice service to UniSuper Advice clients by ensuring all written recommendations are efficiently and accurately implemented.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide Private Client Advisers with assistance in the implementation of financial advice by completing appropriate documentation and sourcing required identification as well as an outstanding Client Services
- Contact product providers to confirm confidential client information or the correct administration of adviser recommendations after lodgement
- Maintain client files, manage workflow and store client information
- Maintain high compliance standards that satisfy Australian legislative requirements.
- Meet and greet our members and visitors; acting as a point of contact for clients
- Perform general adhoc office management duties including coordination of local team events, reception of clients to the Unisuper Member Centre, and monitoring office stationery
We are looking for an individual who has worked in fast moving transformation environment and is comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity. To be considered for this role you will have:
- Solid experience in administration / customer service
- Client relationship skills, strong service ethic
- High levels of personal organisation and time management (essential)
- Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of the framework under which financial advisers operate is preferred
- RG146 compliant with a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) is preferred but not essential
