Reporting through to the Head of Customer Service, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Engage with customers across multiple channels (phone, email, in person) to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience.
- Proactively identify and anticipate customer needs, providing personalized solutions and building lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer feedback and enhance service offerings.
- Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth and timely product delivery.
- Continues process improvement with the ability to identify implement effective solutions to benefit the team.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven experience in Customer Service either from a retail or commercial environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills along with a positive mindset is imperative for this role.
- A customer centric approach and a willingness to exceed client expectations.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
