The Job…..
Reporting through to the Head of Customer Service, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Engage with customers across multiple channels (phone, email, in person) to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Proactively identify and anticipate customer needs, providing personalized solutions and building lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer feedback and enhance service offerings.
  • Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth and timely product delivery.
  • Continues process improvement with the ability to identify implement effective solutions to benefit the team.

To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Proven experience in Customer Service either from a retail or commercial environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills along with a positive mindset is imperative for this role.
  • A customer centric approach and a willingness to exceed client expectations.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
