The role:
The goal of this position is to provide an exceptional and unparalleled experience for clients going through the journey.
This comprises of:
- Client Engagement: Guiding the client through the process, ensuring they understand what to expect next – you are their Sherpa.
- Expression of Interest (EOI): Submit clients' EOIs to the builder and developer, ensuring contracts are issued promptly.
- Contract Management:Work closely with the client's solicitor to ensure a letter of advice is issued within 48 hours and contracts are signed promptly.
- Follow-up: Liaise with developers and builders to obtain executed contracts and coordinate with mortgage brokers to expedite the valuation process.
- Finance Approval: Liaise with the mortgage broker in securing unconditional finance approval before the due date, facilitating a smooth settlement process.
- Settlement Coordination: Collaborate with the broker, client, and solicitor to ensure a smooth settlement, congratulating the client and providing a settlement gift post-settlement.
- Client Handover: Guide clients through the next steps and hand them over to the construction support team.
- Communication: Maintain constant communication with clients throughout their journey, aiming for a 5-star Google review.
- Client Testimonials: Conduct online video testimonials with client's post-settlement to capture their experience.
About you:
- Proven experience in financial services, construction, conveyencing or realestate.
- An interest in property!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
