- Seamlessly redirecting clients to the appropriate team members, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Mastering the art of appointment bookings, ensuring our team's schedules run like clockwork.
- Tackling a range of general administrative duties with flair and precision.
- Ensuring every client feels the warmth of our brand through your enthusiastic interactions.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a front-of-house or reception role is a plus, but your personality is the real dealbreaker.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A natural ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
