Primary Tasks

  • Being the welcoming voice behind every inbound phone call, email, and web enquiry.
  • Seamlessly redirecting clients to the appropriate team members, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Mastering the art of appointment bookings, ensuring our team's schedules run like clockwork.
  • Tackling a range of general administrative duties with flair and precision.
  • Ensuring every client feels the warmth of our brand through your enthusiastic interactions.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a front-of-house or reception role is a plus, but your personality is the real dealbreaker.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A natural ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy with a keen understanding of digital communication tools.
  • A genuine passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Consistently professional, with a sprinkle of charm and charisma.
