This role will be part of a ~14 person team, were you will work closely alongside the Contracts Manager and the Procurement & Reporting Manager. You will have the opportunity to expand your team and assist in leading the division’s success.From forging strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders to adeptly navigating any challenging or complex relationships, this role offers the opportunity to take the lead in organising forums, workshops, and other events for providers and stakeholder groups. These efforts will support the delivery of SCI and WentWest initiatives throughout the region.Reporting to the Senior Commissioning and Development Manager, and as part of a collaborative team, the Provider Success Manager will;
- Design and promote effective stakeholder engagement strategies across WentWest, beyond commissioned providers.
- Organise and lead forums, workshops, and other events for providers and other stakeholder groups to support delivery of SCI and WentWest initiatives.
- Oversee the transition from contract award to successful service implementation for newly commissioned programs, strategic priorities, or procurement opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement in the team’s operations, identifying and implementing best practices in stakeholder and provider engagement.
- A collaborative working style, with demonstrated capabilities in fostering, developing, and sustaining strategic partnerships, along with an ability to clearly articulate organisational and strategic priorities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong negotiation abilities.
- Internal drive and innovation to positively impact and lead change in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Superior analytical skills and an ability to interpret complex information.
- Relevant post graduate qualification in business or equivalent experience.
