Are you ready to lead and make a difference in disability services? Jigsaw Blue, a reputable provider of disability support, is seeking an experienced and proactive Client Services Lead to oversee critical aspects of participant support through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review and assess referrals to align with Jigsaw Blue's services.
- Coordinate rostering and cost models for efficient service delivery.
- Develop and manage Proposal/SIL requests and Service Agreements.
- Facilitate transitions of new NDIS plans with teams.
- Maintain and update NDIS/DHHS service agreement templates.
- Develop house orientation materials for new participants.
- Create and update Personal Support Plans and 'About Me' books.
- Ensure completion and updating of participant documents.
- Conduct visits to assess new participant needs.
- Obtain and utilize agency funding channels (RIDS, PRODA) for NDIS compliance.
- Manage the Client CRM system for accurate participant records.
About You:
- Previous experience within disability services or a related field.
- Knowledge of the NDIS framework and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with participants, families, and stakeholders.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and delivering high-quality services to individuals with disabilities.

Requirements:
- An Australian Driver's License
- NDIS ‘Quality Safety and You’ certificate
- Current Working With Children's Check (Employee)
- Willing to obtain a Police Check
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
