Job description

About the role: In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering unparalleled service levels, embodying our commitment to understanding and meeting our clients' needs every day. Just as the jigsaw piece completes the picture, you'll play a key role in seamlessly integrating our support services into our clients' lives. As the Client Services Lead, you'll be responsible for onboarding new clients, managing documentation, and ensuring a smooth transition to our Service Delivery team, guaranteeing exceptional support from day one

Estimated Hours:

  • Full Time (76 hours per fortnight, unless negotiated)

Reports to:

Our Client Services Manager and work you will along side our Management & Leadership Teams.

 

A Day in Your Role: Key Duties & Responsibilities:

As the Client Services Lead at Jigsaw Blue, your day is dynamic and impactful. You'll start by reviewing referrals to ensure they align with our market demographic, followed by meticulous compliance with our service procedures. Your responsibilities span rostering, cost model compilation, and crafting proposals and service agreements. You'll facilitate smooth transitions for new NDIS plans, assist in leadership role implementation, and maintain crucial documentation templates. Your role extends to developing client orientation training and personal plans, ensuring document updates and client visits as needed. Attending training sessions, industry conferences, and managing medication sheets are vital tasks, along with collaborating with the Quality and Risk team for audits. You'll navigate agency channels and oversee the Client CRM, all while upholding our Code of Conduct and company policies. Optional participation in the 'On Call' roster/incentive scheme adds an extra layer of engagement and reward to your role.

To Join the Team, You Will Need: Mandatory Requirements

  • Experience in the disability industry with expertise in quoting and understanding NDIS plans
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fully complete employee file including:
    • Valid Working with Children (WWC) clearance
    • Driver’s license
    • Clear NDIS Safety Screening
  • Completion of employment declarations, including:
    • National criminal history check
    • Signing a statement of commitment to the Code of Conduct
    • Signing a Statutory Declaration of Confidentiality and Full Disclosure.
