The role:
Homesuite continues to grow at a rapid rate, driven by expansion across a portfolio of large national strategic partnerships. As a result, we’re seeking to expand our team of property service professionals (“Client Service Managers”), either full time or part time. To be candid, we’re not seeking telemarketers. Rather our values and service offering focus on building trust, active listening, authentically building rapport, and solving homeowner problems with exceptional service outcomes.
We’re seeking people with a passion for property or may be property professionals considering a career change that delivers greater work/life balance, attractive hours, and a secure (well incentivised) remuneration structure. The role is based in Melbourne (or immediate surrounds), offers excellent flexibility in terms of WFH options, as well as requiring a small amount of rotating shift work.
Our customers come to us with a problem to solve (either directly, or via our channel partners). Simply put, we have a unified, like-minded team with a passion for delivering exceptional service outcomes to senior Australians and their families who may feel vulnerable, confused or simply lack information or expertise in their property transaction journey.

Specific responsibilities include:
- Making outbound calls to customers who have approached, or been referred to Homesuite about our services (KPI 80+ calls per day)
- Owning your pipeline of customers, using your exceptional service skills and initiative to deliver outstanding solutions
- Servicing your customer on a 1:1 basis throughout their entire property transaction, promoting additional services (eg conveyancing, decluttering, etc) at relevant points of the property transaction lifecycle
- Collaborating with marketing, service and IT colleagues to identify and execute powerful business development campaigns
- Networking and building strong relationships with real estate agents and other business partners
Your experience:
The role ideally suits someone with a personal and / or professional passion for property. You will pride yourself on being someone with broad life experiences who is by nature a ‘problem solver’ with exceptional communication skills. A proven, deep-set work ethic is essential, as are high personal performance standards; yet not taking yourself too seriously and have a good time in the process.
Specific capabilities required include:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a property related field
- Demonstrable experience in outbound phone-based sales and service
- Outgoing, energising personality
- A great communicator (who loves to talk to anyone and everyone!)
