About the Job
We are searching for a Real Estate administrator who is also a great people person, to provide end to end support for one of our leading sales teams. They will be responsible for running the team via all business support and administrative activities required to enhance the ability of the team to produce outstanding sales results. Put simply, your job will be to drive and support the lead agents allowing them to focus on dollar productive activities by managing all admin, support and back end requirements.
Responsibilities include
- Organising trades to prep properties for market
- Manage schedules and appointments
- Liaise with solicitors/conveyancers for contracts and amendments
- Set up new listings and marketing requirements within the system
- Proof marketing material
- Prepare for Opens for Inspections, Auctions & letter drops etc
- Check-ins and communication with Vendors
- Arrange Building, Pest inspections, Bank Valuations etc
- Communicate with all parties regarding settlement and details
- Handle after sales communications
- Create Social media posts and messages with Marketing
- Be responsive to all Client Service needs
