Over the past 20+ years, my client has cemented themselves at the forefront of the Australian market and due to demand, are seeking a high-performing Client Relationship Manager to join their team. The Role
As Client Relationship Manager, and reporting into the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Managing a portfolio of clients across a diverse range of industries, size and requirements
- Achieving company sales targets by servicing existing accounts, recognising new opportunities and ensuring pre-eminence of the company's brand and value proposition in the marketplace.
- Communicating market trends and developments through customer and competitor analysis.
- Maintaining regular visits with client-base in conjunction with key internal stakeholders.
- Working closely with relevant internal stakeholders to add further value to customer relationships.
- Providing solutions to meet the required objectives of the customer.
- Ensuring work is completed within the agreed timeline as well as providing recommendations to enhance organisational performance and reduce costs.
- Ensuring all customer queries are managed in accordance with organisational expectations.
- Ad-hoc tasks as directed by management.
- Minimum 2-years relationship building experience within fleet, novated leasing, salary packaging and/or related industry (i.e., financial services).
- Proven experience networking with key clients, stakeholders and contacts
- Identifiable track record in a role responsible for growing business opportunities, driving organic growth and delivering client satisfaction
- Ability to consistently achieve growth targets and drive results
- Drivers licence is required and the ability to travel interstate
