As a Client Services Manager, you will take the end-to-end lead in guiding their clients through this bespoke process.
Manage your own portfolio of clients, with the support of an experienced and dedicated General Manager.
- Coordinate all planning and permit-related activities
- Prepare and present contracts, making any amendments/modifications as required prior to signing
- Consult with/assist the Interior Architect and help with colour appointments and material selections as necessary
- Hold your clients' hands throughout the journey, while pushing the project to construction stage in a timely manner
- Be assertive when required to ensure there are minimal delays in the building process
Is this you?
- Experience as a Project Coordinator/Building Coordinator/Project Manager in the luxury/custom home industry
- A polished and professional individual who enjoys dealing with high end clients
- Familiarity with the potential issues that can arise when building complex homes on technically challenging sites
- Proactive in nature, and able to identify and resolve the above potential issues before they arise
