Your New RoleThe role of the Client Services Manager is to lead a team of Support Workers across multiple services, to provide outstanding client outcomes and partner with management to support efficient service delivery and operational excellence. Champion a high performing and empowered team; drive continuous improvement that enhances the lives of people with a disability; and support Cara’s strategic and operational goals. Be the key contact for clients and their stakeholders, enabling strong engagement and that needs are met.

- Minimum equivalent to a Certificate IV in Disability, Community, Management, Social or Human Services
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Associate Diploma (Desirable)
- Experience in supporting people with disabilities in communicate settings
- Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving ability to ensure the highest quality of service provision.
- Ability to provide leadership, direction, and motivation to staff.
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to set own priorities and work deadlines.
- Current DHS Disability Employment Screening / NDIS Worker Check (or willing to acquire)
- Current Driver's Licence
- Full working rights in Australia
