Your New Role
The Regional Client Services Manager creates and maintains an environment that enables the delivery of exceptional disability services within their portfolio that meets or exceeds the expectations of our clients and other stakeholders through a model of client centric support. The role requires a robust working knowledge and understanding of disability service delivery, relevant academic qualifications, and wide-ranging professional networks along with possessing a comprehensive knowledge of factors which may impact our services.

Skills & Experience
• Developed experience working in human services or health service environments that require a high degree of problem solving and professional collaboration.
• Extensive experience leading teams in the achievement of customer outcomes.
• Understanding of the NDIS requirements and funding model; Quality and Safeguarding requirements.
• Knowledge of employment legislation, work health & safety, and return to work.
• Strong people leadership skills to engage, inspire, build trust, coach, and facilitate growth.
• Creative problem solving, initiative and excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) including communicating with diverse audiences.
Essential Criteria
• Degree in Disability, Community Management, Social or Human Services.
• Qualifications relating to business, management, or leadership (desirable).
• Current South Australian Driver's Licence.
• You have the rights to work in Australia.
• Willing to travel across Adelaide Metropolitan area.
