We currently have vacancy for a full time Client Services Manager to join our South Australian Team.
Overview of role
The CSM GP plays a key role in the management and growth of existing and potential clients in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Build new and strengthen trusted partnerships GPs and specialists, whilst providing differentiated value through promotion of services/products, education and support.
- Ensure clear communication and touchpoints are maintained with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement territory plan and key account plans, with ongoing evaluation, tracking and course corrective actions.
- Meet customer and territory KPI's, report customer activity in CRM system and ensure customer profiles are kept up to date.
As an experienced sales representative, we're looking for you to have a demonstrated track record of success in the following areas:
- Field Sales experience within the GP environment is ideal, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPI targets
- Account Management/Development mindset - proactive self-management in owning your business and determining results
- Multiple stakeholder engagement
- Utilisation of CRM to capture client interactions and desired outcomes
- Valid driver's licence, residency and Work rights in Australia required
