The Company

Our client is a national, branded mid-tier accounting, advisory and wealth management practice. They have been providing accounting and financial advice to private clients and businesses for over forty years.

They pride themselves in having created a dynamic, professional and people focused working culture.

Their small wealth management division is expanding, and they are looking for a bright and motivated experienced Client Services Officer to join their team.

Working closely with two fellow Client Service Officers, you will be focused on providing support to three Financial Advisors, offering their HNW clients with best quality financial solutions.

Responsibilities Include

  • Working closely with a highly experienced team of advisors and support staff
  • Delivering exceptional client service and relationship management to the client base
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Preparation of client new and review paperwork
  • Preparation of advice documentation and application forms
  • Implementation of advice
  • Manage and update clients' details on X-Plan
  • Adviser diary management and client appointments
  • Liaising with Fund Managers, Life Companies to implement the administration of new and/or review paperwork
  • Completion of Online Superannuation, Retirement Income, Investment & Insurance application forms
  • Administer, place & execute trade orders for clients
  • Client correspondence and general administration
About you:RoleThis role will suit someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and is highly client-service-focused. Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 year’s experience working as a Client Services Officer, in a financial advice practice, with the following qualities:
  • Take ownership of tasks and follow through to completion.
  • Demonstrate initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail with a confident, client-friendly attitude.
  • Be proactive in identifying discrepancies with client data and take ownership to correct them.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience of using X-Plan
