We are currently seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to fill a new role assisting our financial adviser to grow the private wealth business.
The business is focused on providing holistic and strategic advice for a variety of clients, ranging from young wealth accumulators to retirees and business owners, who all need a one-stop-shop for advice.
The main purpose of the role is to provide professional and proactive support to the financial adviser to enhance and build the business, with an opportunity to grow within the business.
This role is very diverse, some of your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Preparation of Review reports
- Liaise with Accountants, Praemium, some fund managers and other third parties
- Maintain client data
- Proficiency in managing asset transfer requests, with a focus on ASX listed securities and managed funds
- Familiarity with Unrealised Capital Gains Tax (CGT) reports, involving thorough review and accurate uploading of cost base histories onto Praemium
- Skill in screening received paperwork
- Managing Client Review preparation, annual FDS’s and Opt-in’s as well as Ongoing Service Agreements
- Provide input to drive efficiencies as opportunities with software and technology enhancements become available.
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in using Praemium (or similar portfolio platforms)
- A good understanding of how listed shares are administered
- Strong communication skills
- Organised and proactive work approach
- Comfortable dealing with clients
