Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting Client Relationships by understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for additional services or improvements.
Account Management:
- Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
- Develop a deep understanding of client businesses and industries to tailor our solutions effectively.
Liaising with Key Internal and External Stakeholders:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including production, project managers, and sales managers, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders to enhance the value we provide to clients.
Maintain Strategic Perspective of Client Needs and Portfolio Growth:
- Continuously assess client needs and industry trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to expand our services and upsell/cross-sell to grow existing portfolios.
- Work holistically to ensure our services meet clients' evolving needs.
Effective Management Reporting:
- Utilise our CRM platforms and other tools to track client interactions, sales leads, and project progress.
- Prepare and present regular status reports on client accounts, including performance metrics, to management and clients.
Collaboration and Support:
- Collaborate with leadership of Fusion Agency to develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Assist in forecasting new business opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business marketing, communications or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in account management, preferably in the FMCG or retail fashion space.
- Knowledge in print management, VM and POS required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of Hubspot or similar CRM software.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients.
