Role Overview: The Client Services Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing our services by liaising with clients, support coordinators, and government agencies. This position involves onboarding participants, monitoring service delivery, and collaborating with our team to ensure the highest quality outcomes for NDIS participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and NDIS stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless onboarding of new participants, including all relevant compliance checks.
- Regular face-to-face interactions with participants to assess and meet their needs.
- Work closely with our team to ensure properties meet the specific requirements of participants.
- Oversee payment processes to ensure financial transactions are handled promptly.
About You:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the NDIS sector, preferably with knowledge of SDA.
- Holds an NDIS worker screening check.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license.
