You will engage closely with clients and collaborate with team members, providing extensive support and managing administrative functions. Your keen eye for improvement will drive process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Management: Support financial advisers by overseeing and prioritizing administrative tasks.
• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize client meetings.
• File Maintenance: Assist in managing and updating client files.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly reports to monitor workflow and compliance.
• Advice Implementation: Facilitate the execution of client advice.
• General Admin: Handle various administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in financial services.
• Software Skills: Familiarity with AdviserLogic is beneficial
• Education: No formal qualifications required.
