- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize client meetings.
- File Maintenance: Assist in managing and updating client files.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly reports to monitor workflow and compliance.
- Advice Implementation: Facilitate the execution of client advice.
- General Admin: Handle various administrative duties as needed.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in financial services.
- Software Skills: Familiarity with AdviserLogic is beneficial
- Education: No formal qualifications required.
