We are currently looking for a bright, highly motivated, and enthusiastic person to provide support to our growing team. You will be a highly motivated person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive, enthusiastic, and energetic. This is a full-time role based in our Milsons Point office, close to public transport.
The Role
Managing across the Home Warranty processing and Eligibility team as well as the Commercial and Trades Broking team you will be responsible for overseeing the processing, inbound and outbound service calls from clients and insurers and guiding builders applying for Home Warranty insurance through ICARE as well as servicing our existing builders and promoting our prompt, professional and friendly services.
The role requires a hands on approach as it is a collaborative team environment
- Training and development of your team and creation and adding to the culture.
- Ability to provide effective technical assistance to your team and clients with a demonstrated ability to determine priorities and meet deadlines.
- Managing the Processing of applications and invoices within service level agreement in conjunction with the home building act and icare HBCF requirements.
- Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure a full end to end functionality is maintained
- Providing quotations and guiding on the application and contract completions for submissions
- Processing endorsements and preparing policy documents.
- Complete internal databases and various ad hoc duties.
- Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner.
- Gather information from clients to allow preparation for accurate and efficient processing.
- Maintains client records by updating account information.
- Manage daily tasks within the team, manage debtor and credit control.
- Support in system navigation such as the ICARE CIMS system for builder portal access and assisting in log ins and trouble shooting issues on behalf of our clients.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Handling general enquiries & various customer service-related duties.
- Being a resource for your team members and management in guiding and controlling workflows, KPI’s and ensuring coverage for client calls.
- Accounts management for debtors and allocation of task based activities to ensure smooth running of all facets of the team.
