The Role
The continued growth of new HNW clients combined with the strategic vision for the business, necessitates expansion within the team. In this role, you will work in a small team within a larger business to provide professional administrative support in managing client affairs accurately and on time. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing of day-to-day administrative tasks in XPLAN
- Scheduling and following up on client appointments
- Hands-on role assisting the team with the implementation of advice
- Working with Financial Planners to prepare plans and strategy documents
You want to develop, learn & maintain professional knowledge and skills. Being client service-oriented, you thrive on engagement in a team and with clients, have attention to detail, and love supporting others. Your previous experience in the financial planning industry will be highly regarded, together with the following:
- XPLAN experience is advantageous
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- You love working with clients to get great outcomes
- 1 day per week WFH with an additional Friday added per month

- A remuneration package of up to $85,000 inc. superannuation
