About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Services Officer to support our Bendigo clinics. 

This successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Answering and managing phone calls
• Greeting and liaising with our patients
• Generating invoices
• Processing patient referrals
• Managing patient health information
• Ad hoc tasks as directed by management

What we are looking for 

• An individual with a minimum of 2 years administration experience (experience in healthcare would be beneficial but is not essential)
• A positive team player with a passion for quality care and exceptional customer service
• Outstanding organisation & time management skills
• A strong desire for ongoing personal development.
• Intermediate computer skills including MS Office and an excellent telephone manner
