Previous experience in a varied Client Services Officer or Administration role is advantageous, with strong computer literacy and customer service ethos a must.
An idea of the day-to-day responsibilities:
The Client Service Officer is a key client and Administration Coordination role in our small team environment. You will work closely with ELMs financial advisers and build long-term relationships with our clients.
Your days will be varied, with your primary responsibilities including:
- Client service – managing phone calls, enquiries, greeting clients in the office, emails and written correspondence.
- Adviser support - scheduling appointments, liaising with clients on behalf of the Advisers, appointment preparation, and personal assistance as required.
- Client portfolio administration – monitor workflows, maintain client data, completion, lodgement and management of applications with product providers, liaise with Centrelink and other government agencies.
- File administration – ensuring compliance, accurate record-keeping and filing, collation of documentation for client appointments and client correspondence.
