Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Service and Administration Officer, you will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting our financial advisors in ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Delivering exceptional Client Service through prompt and accurate responses to enquiries.
- Implementing investment transactions, fund transfers, and advice recommendations.
- Managing and maintaining client and investment data within Xplan.
- Generating insightful reports from Xplan and third-party platforms.
- Facilitating the preparation of client review and compliance documents.
- Liaising with third parties to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Undertaking ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

About You:
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and organised individual who excels in a fast-paced environment. You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on providing exceptional customer service. While prior experience in the financial services industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Proficiency in using Xplan and third-party platforms is highly desirable. Training will be provided as required.
