The Role
You will join our existing team of 5 in a full-time role. It’s a fast-paced and busy role within a relaxed work environment.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients and be the first point of contact.
- Liaising with third parties in relation to client matters.
- Assist advisers with meeting preparation and diary management.
- Managing the client review process and prepare review documents.
- Complete FDS and fee consents.
- Collating and preparing information for paraplanners to complete SOA’s.
- Implementing advice recommendations for clients.
- Initiating, lodging and monitoring client applications, rollovers, investment switches among other transactions.
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes
- Previous experience in a similar role within the industry is required.
- Excellent verbal, written and computer skills
- Good phone manner and comfortable contacting clients
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Mature attitude with the ability to work autonomously within a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work to deadlines and adhere to required compliance standards
- Competent with the use of xplan or similar CRM.
