Position Overview: Our Specialist Services Department is seeking a dedicated self-starter and detail-oriented Specialist Client Services Officer to join our team. This full-time role offers the flexibility to Work from Home or in a hybrid capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a busy email inbox, ensuring all communications are handled promptly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for our medical consultants (e.g. occupational physicians, psychologists).
- Provide administrative and operational support to our team of medical consultants.
- Prepare report templates and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Support the team with various ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- Exhibits excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrates the ability to work well both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Detail orientated and accurate touch-typing for speed required to process high volumes of work.
- Possesses strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Demonstrates strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new software.
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload effectively and efficiently.
