The Company We are on the hunt for a Customer Service Representative to join our clients busy Sea Freight Forwarding company, South of the River in Perth. If you’re looking for your next move in the Freight Forwarding industry and wanting a supportive and fulfilling role, then this could be for you. The Role As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be reporting directly to the Client Services Manager. Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining and keeping up to date your own client database
- Liaising with new and existing clients
- Handling all Sea and Air Freight orders, dispatching to the correct Overseas Agents
- Managing customer quotations and internal sales activities
The Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will have had at least one years’ experience within Freight Forwarding. Other skills and attributes include:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills
- Proven ability to work meeting deadlines, autonomously or in a team environment
- Experience with Cargowise CW1 highly regarded
