Looking for an highly expereinced Team Leader to join a leading Home Care Provider on the Mornington Peninsula. This role is key leadership position within the organisation and will have a large focus on client and carer relationship building!
About the Role:
- Up to $90K + Super
- Working from home option of 2 days a week!!!
- Leading and developing Client Services coordinators
- Management of Rosters to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Ensuring continuous improvement in care services
- Assisting your team in meeting KPIS
- Ensuring strict compliance with regulations
- Fostering a high performance team
