Client Services Manager - Hnw Ifa (Fast Progression To Team Leader)

One of Melbourne's leading Wealth Management firms is looking for a strong Client Services Manager to join their Client Services team. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Contacting insurance companies and fund managers to gather information about clients existing products
• Complete insurance application forms on behalf of clients and manage their progress
• Requesting, collating and reviewing information from existing and new clients
• Maintaining CRM to ensure our database is accurate and complete
• Responding to ad hoc questions and requests from clients
• Liaising with internal team members to gather information to complete a client review
• Following up requests from clients in a timely and professional manner
• General administration to help team members.

Skills needed:

• At least 2 years experience in financial planning is preferred
• Good communication skills – written and verbal
• Enthusiasm to help our clients as much as possible – no request is too small or intrusive
• Passion to be in a successful team environment
• Passion for advancing our cause – which is to do anything to help our clients achieve their lifestyle and financial goals
• Professional demeanour, reliable and hard working
• Ability to anticipate colleague and client needs
