Client Side Project Manager

Your Future Role would be working as a Client Side Project Manager to lead the delivery of projects throughout the entire process whilst maintaining strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders and clients. You will be responsible with:

• Ensuring the delivery of projects meets the time, quality, and budgetary targets as well as the clients’ standards.
• Developing and maintaining project documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations.

As the ideal candidate you will:   

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a project management role with a proven track record of delivering construction projects of varying scales.
• Be degree qualified in a construction or project management, or engineering discipline.
• Proven expertise in client representation, ideally with past experience in education, health or similar sectors.
• Demonstrated experience of costings, programming, and budgeting.
• Have the proven ability to manage multiple programs in a dynamic environment.
• Possess superior communication and organisation development skills and be able to thrive in a collaborative work environment.
• Be based in Sydney with ability to travel within the APAC region.
